Very different its like the bong rip that never quits. For me that would be more like a beat for a skit or interlude definitely would be a challenge to rap to but thats just my opinion.

I flicked my tongue a few times and thought "wow I can make a beat out of this: lmao

Gives off a Kanye vibe would be interesting if you add a beat drop maybe amd transition to another instrumental would be dope

madcollector101 responds:

Yeah I made this years ago, I might come back to it some day and fix some problems with it, thanks for your feedback 😊

I dig it.

On point 👌

At the beginning I could see this being an eminem song from back in the days (just lose it or real slim shady vibe) then transition into a Krazy club song now ill have to peep the animation! You definitely mixed it up

Sounds like the voices are clipping could be my phone speaker. Other then that the lyrics are ok I realize this isn't a serious song but would like to hear more from both maybe actually trying to rap with more of a focus. Overall I think the song isn't bad just seems to need some mastering like all my songs.

I could flow to this. Gives a sega genesis vibe like the marble zone in sonic 1. Pretty cool

I could rap to any thing but I wouldn't to this. Its strikes me more as a video game song for a menu screen. Aside from that overall an interesting composition. Definitely wouldn't call it trap you got the tripping part right.

EDIT: Yeah im just saying as some one who generally does alot of hip hop this wouldn't be my jam personally but would love to see what you do with it at the end. I can here the trap better now that im playing it on some better speakers. Also very clear mix every thing sounds balanced you can hear each signal perfectly. Kinda growing on me.

jiggydmented responds:

It has trap elements, 808 and triplets are a trap element. And you don't have to rap over it, I made this for myself and plan to use it. But thanks for the feedback!

This reminds me of Pokémon red or was it Pokémon blue not sure which one...lllol. BTW this was a joke you know sarcasm?? I know both have the same sound track thats why I made the refer i don't see how this is half ass commentary when other are giving one word reviews. Sorry if it went over your head or you have no sense of humor...

EDIT: Look idk who put fire ants in your tea but seems you ought to lighten up a little. You made front page I listened and honestly the first thing that came to mind was the nostalgia of the Pokémon games which is a good thing in my opinion. I mean the music has no lyrics or words or message was you expecting a Rolling Stone review???

EDIT: just because you didn't like my joke doesn't mean I was being insincere. "Reminds me of early Pokémon games" zzzzzzz what fun is that. You are talking to a literal clown like when I perform in public what you see in my profile pic is really how I dress so you can't expect nothing too serious. Plus I wasn't hating or putting your craft down so I don't get why your so bum hurt and coming at me. You could be making the sound track to Pokémon emerald rn.

Edit: originally I was trying to compliment you and how spot on your track was to Gameboy music we grew up with I was more or less poking fun at the Pokémon games essentially being the same game. Maybe im bum hurt cause I never caught them all.
All jokes aside im a musician and I would know how to make any thing sound like a game boy game and would love to learn and give yall props for that. Im new here so still learning and exploring things here. I like the pico games so far so ill check aforementioned title ty. Rock on keep it up ✌

Troisnyx responds:

Both of them have the same soundtrack. This has been a known fact since 1998.

If you want to make a commentary, actually mean it. None of this half-arsed nonsense.

EDIT: There are some reviews whose commentary I trust far more than anyone else's (etherealwinds *especially*, since he knows where a lot of this music is coming from). It was abundantly clear that you, on the other hand, lacked the emotional literacy or the honesty to actually say what you felt. The track was tagged with 'sad' and 'sorrowful,' because I felt these things, and you decided to make light of it. You had to make a "joke" that didn't even work for it to be ostensibly longer than the one-worders that were on here. To me, that's not sarcasm, that's not even trying. A half-arsed review is a half-arsed review, whether it's a one-worder or a full sentence.

EDIT: Then you could have just said that instead of making a joke that fell flat. Say what you mean, and mean what you say. You could have stopped at honestly saying "This reminds me of the early Pokémon games" and left it at that rather than being disingenuous.

EDIT: I have scored games before so you're flattering me at the end, thank you. It appears you haven't heard of Poe's Law. I have met hundreds of decent people who do their utmost to avoid even *sounding* disingenuous, and acknowledge when they do sound it. This is the problem of text. Some have, intentionally or not, hidden behind the ambiguity. I understand what this is now; in future, it might be wise to clear the ambiguity. I ran the joke past a good few friends without mentioning names and yeah, they were inclined to feel as much as I did.

I acknowledge you didn't intend it, it's water under the bridge. 🙂
